Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment Project Roar Publishing is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Books must be in unused, original condition.
  • Ineligible Items: Books that have been read, marked, highlighted, or have damaged spines/bent pages from use are NOT eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@projectroar.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Authorization: We will respond with return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item:
    • Pack the book securely to prevent damage in transit.
    • IMPORTANT: You must ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Since our return address is a PO Box, UPS and FedEx cannot deliver returns to us.
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your book arrived damaged or is missing pages:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@projectroar.com.
  2. Provide photos of the damage and the packaging.
  3. We will ship a replacement at no cost once the photos are reviewed and approved. You do not need to pay for return shipping on defective items.

Refund Amount

  • Full Refund: For defective/damaged items or errors on our part.
  • Product Price Refund: For "change of mind" returns (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
