Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Methods & Estimates Shipping charges for your order are calculated by weight and displayed at checkout. Our standard method is USPS Media Mail (standard shipping): Typically delivers within 2–8 business days after shipment within the United States.
From time to time, especially near holidays or for operational reasons, we may upgrade your order at our discretion to USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail at no additional cost to you. If you require guaranteed faster delivery, please contact us at info@projectroar.com before placing your order to discuss available expedited options and any additional charges.
PO Box Restrictions We can ship TO PO Boxes via USPS. However, please note for returns, we can only receive packages via USPS at our PO Box address.
Risk of Loss All items purchased from Project Roar Publishing are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Damages If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at info@projectroar.com so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.
International Shipping Currently, we ship primarily within the United States. If international shipping options are available at checkout, the customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes.
